Q: I want to check abt ISHA YARA project. I heard the road inside the gate is going to be public access. Just want to know it was communicated while booking the flat over there. Please response if anyone has booked flat in ISHA YARA project. thanks.

Yes , it is correct , never consider this builder , What ever Shiv Kumar mentioned in the Post is absolutely correct, We are the customers of ISHA Homes suffering now. After collecting 90% of our money and now not responding to customer while asking for Handing over the Keys. The management team is asbolutely bad and hiding lot of things from the customers

I was one of the person who booked a flat in Q Block and cancelled it because of some legal issues with which I was not comfortable with. Thats the reason I had to cancel my booking and in spite of constructing the flats against the plan, they are deducting 25K from the booking advance I have paid which is insane. I know they are big players, but Let me see how far they can go...

Hi All,
I have cancelled my booking at ISHA YARA and I got full money back. Initially they told they will deduct the 25000 INR but after long follow-up with them and told like going for legal action then they agreed to give full money back and got it now. I too prefer to say legal action then definetly they will give full money back, since the problem is not ours and they have hidden big thing while selling the flat to the customer. Now looking for good GATED COMMUITY project to book my dream flat. thanks.

Yes, they are saying they will deduct Rs.25,000 if we cancel now. What is the purpose of haveing 24*7 security if this is not a gated community?

Hi, This is not gated community and I also checked with builder and confirmed same from them. I asked to repay the booking amount but they are threatening and not paying advance back. Please advice what to do with them.
