Hi Everyone,


I think we should end the problem for searching how to get replies on our queries. We are on high time and its not ideal and practical to individually enquire with ISHA Homes without knowing what left hand does. We are neither getting homes nor money for free to accept agreement as prepared. If every members really worrying for mutual agreement we need to expedite and workout collectively.


Following are my suggestions , if you all agree..

1. we need to open an Question and answers application in this forum called agreement.

2. Question and Answers will have each paragraph of entire agreement in the subject.All members shall have provision to add questions corresponding to that paragraph without redundancy (moderator to provide add question options).

Q: I want to check abt ISHA YARA project. I heard the road inside the gate is going to be public access. Just want to know it was communicated while booking the flat over there. Please response if anyone has booked flat in ISHA YARA project. thanks.

Latest Answer: Yes , it is correct , never consider this builder , What ever Shiv Kumar mentioned in the Post is absolutely correct, We are the customers of ISHA Homes suffering now. After collecting 90% of our money and now not responding to customer while asking for Handing over the Keys. The management team is asbolutely bad and hiding lot of things from the customers

Latest Answer: humble request not go for very cheap builders like ISHA HOMES. The attitude of their marketing team is just want to hunt the customer and not to response polite manner. they are hiding many things from the actual master plan.
