Project Status Olive County

Q: I was interested in buying 1935 sq ft apartment but on seeing the progress of work on ground, possession in near future is not likely. Staff though says it will be ready by Dec 2010. Any views please?

Well it's really taking long. A false promise is being made by the builders every time a querry is raised. Now it is march 2011. Just hope it gets ready by then. Any news on the compensation for delays. Do keep posted.

Guys, This is surely a matter of serious concern....So many of us have invested in Olive County, Vasundhara, and after seeing the progress of both the projects ie Orange County & Olive County, we need to do something very proactive here and get united first, before it becomes too late....
We cannot let a builder take us for granted....all the more, since we have invested our hard-earned money with these projects that have promised us our "Dream Homes"....
We want some quick and visible action now....enough of sweet talks and false promises....

The most optimistic timeline for ready to shift would be Jan/Feb-2011; however, only completion period should not be the criteria for decision.

This campus would be providing you different taste of living standards; the target facilities are not all available within any project +/- 5 km radius. Decisions should be solely yours, however, take adequate inputs. I am an existing owner, booked around a year back.

We are trying our best(meeting with management every month to track the progerss of the remaining work) to get it complete by Dec'10, If not we hope we will get it latest by Apr'11.
