Should I purchase flat in Cloud 9 project?

Q: I want to ask that whether to buy flat in Cloud 9. How is Rishabh's construction, does they deliver project on time or their are delays.How is the material used.

Is it value for money or not?

I would not recommend anyone to invest in Rishabh Paradise or Cloud 9 projects. They will not deliver anything. They steal all your money and will not provide anything mentioned in the brochures

I totally agree with all comments. I would not recommend this or any property by Rishabh buildwell (or so called its brother) which includes Cloud 9, mercury angels, Jupiter.
these builders are just cheaters and will swallow your hard earned money.

Have waiting for 3 years Flat owners got only Flat, after a delay of one year. The other facility like open space, Gem (a small was provided which was not acceptable), no swimming pool, no party lawn, no proper water filter process, No proper security. So invest if u want to wait for 4yrs only for flat.
