Q: I am planning to buy a site in Duo City layout. I need your valuable feedback whether it would be a right decision or not?
I didn,t see even a single construction started, but don,t know the resons for the same.
I am not looking for an invsestment purpose. Appreciate your feedback.

Hi Yuvaraj,
Please check why these people are sailing the plot and why no construction started in 6 years. I heard this layout in under mortaged and that is the reason DUO Associates are not allowing construction.
Two of my relatives have plots there and they are struggling since last 4 years.

Also heard they are rowdy people and you would not be able to do any action..
