Hi Sumit,

You will not get your apartment even in next 5 years. They have been booking from 2006 onwards and have scraaped the buildings from the plan. They have not been telling their customers!
Is your building still on the plan.

I have recently visited the omaxe palm greens office and on seeing the sample flats and everything else, i am in a dilemma of whether to go for it or not as many people like you have posted the problems faced in this project. Could you please advice me how should i go about this? I would be really grateful.
