We have also booked flats in the same and our undertanding is that the work has been stopped due to destruction mangroves issue and the BEST plot is also a part of CRZ. My realtives have also seen this issue on TV channels. I am trying to get me info on this as builder do not have clear transparency communication on this.

I understand they are waiting for construction permit to continue - construction again as additional floors are built.
