Our activities include finding a suitable tenant and signing rental agreement on your behalf, ensuring you get rental payments on time to your bank account directly from the tenant and taking care of all statutory services, eg: Payment of property taxes, Payment to Apartment Association/ BWSSB/ BESCOM, Arrange Khata for the apartment etc.

In addition to the above we help resolve all issues inside the apartment with regards to Painting, Electrical, Pest Control, Plumbing, Fixtures & Fittings as and when the problem may arise.
