Swiss County

Q: I am planning to buy 3 BHK in Swiss County for investment purpose. The complex from inside looks good but the approach and sorrounding locality is not that good. Pls let me know whether there is an oppertunity of property growth in that area and also how long it will take to people to come and stay as tenant

Hi Mugdha,
don't worry for the tenants ;-) as Hinjewadi is near by + its a good deal for future investment because the rates in this area will rise for sure in coming years and now they are quoted as 2900 psf which will definitely increase.
