Some Clarification on Flat Possession

Q: Hello All,
I am Flat owner of #102,Block-A,Esteem Enclave,I want to know if somebody has already taken the flat possession from Block-A in Esteem Enclave after paying the full payment to Esteem, Please respond with your contact details if possible, I am planning to take my flat possession very soon, i have few clarifications in that regard,

Hi Gagan/Chandrasekar,
I am interested in buying in Esteem. Can you please mail me (pradyumna.ch at gmail) what you paid (roughly if you may) or what is the current lowest price per sq ft?
Also if you can tell me about the legal stuff like OC, khaata, other title clarity. Thanks a lot.

I am Chandrasekar and we have booked flat B-106 in rear block. When I visited couple of days back I observed almost 5-6 families have moved into A block. You may check with them.
