Yes, i have booked one. I'm sure there would be few available on 1st floor otherwise from 29, i think 20 of them were booked. Please do your due diligence though :)

Did you book a flat in Prime Orchid? I'm planning for one. Can you suggest how many have booked there

Hey ritesh, the apartment is still under construction and is supposed to complete in Jan 2011. They have got a connection to kauvery i believe but water will not start flowing until Jan 2011.
