I agree. Location is a big advantage. Confident group has reasonably good reputation. The rates are also reasobably priced. I belive it's good bet.

Location is the big advantage for Confident Phoenix. Site is between HM Symphony and SJR Verity. They have come up with good plan. You might need to check whether any flats are available. With respect to confident group, they say that they manage their money with their own business. Also, you can see all the confident project progress in their website. Till now no issues :-)
