RFI - Clarity on GPA of Devika Chittappa

Q: Dear Association Member,

I am Samik Ghosh, in the process of purchasing #003, Phase II of Prestige Langleigh. While conducting a due diligence, I realised that a gap in one of the key documents of Prestige Langleigh and I seek your assistance in this regard.

The General Power of Attorney executed between Devika Chittappa and M/S Prestige Group, is not registered. Is there any document available with the association that states that the General Power of Attorney has been completely executed by M/S Prestige Group within the stipulated timeframe and that Devika Chittappa or her heirs does not have any claim on this property?

The present owner, Mr. Singh is based out of Mumbai, so has not been able to make this request personally and I am doing so on his behalf. This information will really help us to complete the transaction.
