Need Advice on A906

Q: Hi, I am interested in buying an apartment A906 in Ittina Akkala and would like to know your views about this apartment. I heard there are some legal litigation in this property. Please advice.

You need to get this clarified from the existing association in Ittina Akkala. There is no legal litigation in this property however some apartments have double mortgage which was done by the builder without the knowledge of the buyer and the buyer's bank.
