This builder is a fraud. I booked and flat from them and cancelled the booking since there is problem with the building and none of the banks are ready to give loan for it. Now, since past 6 months I have not recieved the booking amount. Nobody picks up calls and all numbers provided are switched off or the calls are barred.

I don't know what to believe. I have booked a flat with Green city homes (BN Constructions), but when I see their previous projects, they are from Malibu or Sunshine Developers. Is Malibu, Sunshine Developers and Green City Homes same?

Really I am thinking the same, to write case against him (Sunshine Property bangalore person "Kumar") but don't know how to do that?
But now I want, he shouldn't be able to do his business in bangalore..
Can we contact to any news paper/media who can help us to publish his report?

Hi Ram thanks for your prompt reply you are right i really miss all the conversastion and i think it really bad luck , well i will infrom this builder to give my money back as he is not giving me the correct documents also i will say if he is not returning the token money back that has been mentioned below by some other people why not we all go to his office or file a case against him by the help of consumer court. you can reach me at abhishekboras@yahoo.co.in

Hi Abhishek,
We all have been talking about this builder from long back,
I think you have missed all communications so you have booked property with this builder ( SUNSHINE PROPERTIES bangalore) . Anyway I would say, it’s your bad luck only.
Now try to get all papers from builder and get it checked with good property consultant or a good lawyer.
I would recommend that don’t purchase any property from this builder ( SUNSHINE PROPERTIES banglore) and try to get your money back, like you didn’t get property papers so means that one property can be sold to many persons here.
Please post on site for any quarries.

Hi Arun, All properties belong to Sunshine properties bangalore, has so many issues like deviation and do not have title clear documents....
You will get the property documents to get it checked only after paying some token money, but when you will come to know property has some issues,
You can't get your token money back, and if you are not able to find out problems in property then you will lose money in lakhs.. :( so take care man..

Please do not buy/book any property related to SUNSHINE PROPERTIES BANGALORE office at KUNDANHALLI gate – FRAUD AND CHEATER……….. person name is “KUMAR”.
Don't give any advance money
Please make sure before buying any property, because once you have paid money then you can't do anything...
I will suggest don’t purchase property from this builder because its life time investment
And its matter of lakhs not a small amount.

Want to have a sweet home?
Please do not buy/book any property related to SUNSHINE PROPERTIES BANGALORE KUNDANHALLI– FRAUD AND CHEATER worst case happen with me.
I booked a 2BHK flat, when I asked some legal documents and some question like:
1 Is this property approved by all banks?
2 In which khata this property belongs?
3. How much deviation in property?
4 Will I get the government water supply etc

During the follow-ups for these questions, the behavior and attitude from these guys was like if I done some crime by asking these questions from them.
From the day one I was interested in LIC housing finance.
They did their best to convenience me to change the bank. I mean they keep on telling me that, being a government bank LIC/SBI will create all sorts of problem and will not give a loan easily (It was shocking, Government Bank is doing all sort of efforts to give loan like Loan mela, Quick Loan, Lower Rate of Interest) so why anyone should pursue from private banks like
