It is not a Gated Community

Q: I would like to tell every one that it is not a gated community as per BBMP notification and hence there is no need for any one to obtain any kind of NOC from a self proclaimed association in the layout. It is free layout and common lands are onwed by BBMP and there is no undivided share in any of the common lands in the layout. hence no association has any rights over any property in the layout and hence opbtaining of NOC is not necessary from the layout association for any purchase of sit eor building
