Buying in Ashlar

Q: We are in advanced stages of discussions with LGCL and plan to be in Bangalore this weekend to see the property and finalise. We are living abroad and plan to return to India in the near future.

We want to understand how the delivery of the project has matched the promises they are making. And how the process has been overall.

Amit,though they are still sticking to the Dec/Jan stand,my bankers have confirmed that its more likely to be March..Would still say it will still not be too bad considering how most of the villa projects in Blr have fared in terms of completion promise
