Q: Is this project worth buying. What should be the best price. I recently visited the area. I think the construction quality is not very gr8.

Overall the deal is good- open space is great and there is no feeling of congestion

With Ittamadu road slated for widening, approach will be faster

It is your choice dear Amit. All i can say is the place good ,the builder is better than many so called Puravankaras, The quality is not the best, Amenities are quite good , with Swimpool,community center,gym,TataSky for Every house, CC TV input for every house ,Intercom ,Solar Heating for common Bath etc... ,Also we have more than 100 owners in this community
