Q: Thinking of buying a flat here. Would like to know the quality of construction, amenities, distance from various facilities, the community etc.

iam interested to live here on rent basis on 1BHK. do you have any idea if any of the owners are willing to offer? it is for a small family of 3

Quality is great, Inside finish is good, outer finish is not great, it is closer to OMR (400mtrs), may be 2 kms from toll, amenities include jogging, park, clubhouse (not ready yet), pool (not ready), 100% back up power inside house and common area, childrens play, badmindon court(not ready)
