Dear association, when will the problem of low voltage get resolved in dew block in arihant
Q: The problem of low voltage happens each and every day in dew block in this society. There is no proper care taken regarding this. Now and then the power goes wrong only for this block. Very worst thing to be noticed.

Latest Answer: Hi Vasudev, Why dont you take this matter to the apartment association? I feel all the owners residing in Dew block should form a group and talk to the association so that they take proper care.

Q: What is Serivce Tax & VAT percentage for property in chennai? I suppose it is 3.75 % for property less than 50 lakhs? Is VAT Applicable if yes how it has to be calculated ?

Latest Answer: The government levies service tax on 25% of the cost of the flat. This effectively brings the service tax rate to 3.5%. There is no VAT levied for apartments purchased in Noida-NCR, Chennai, and Kolkata

Q: I am experience some very poor quality and workmanship in this apartment complex. There is water seepage in the ceiling and through tiles. The pluming work is awful. I don't speak just for may apartment for also for other apartments in the building. Do others have a comment on this?
