Apartment Purchase

Q: Dear Sir,

I talked to Mr.Sasi Kumar just now. I am Baskaran from Atlanta, USA. I am looking for an Apartment in Velachery area. PLease let me know how much is the price per sqft, how much UDS, what are the facilities available, is this the the same as VGL Selva Nagar extenstion or different, what about water logging problems? Is this are low lying to get water logging issues, I was told that government had planned to construct storm water drainage system for this area? Has it been done already? If not when are they going to start?
