Pls avoid. I own a flat in C block and am suffering. In last 6 months they have sent me 6 revised cost sheet and I am being asked either to accept the escalated cost sheet or cancel (by paying cancellation cost). Ozone is not an ethical builder. If you are interested then buy if it is available on resale. Dont buy from builder. If you want to understand issues, you can call me @ 9591810057
