i have discussed with the Mr. Anklesaria , DGM Sales yesterday and he has informed me that the possession will be given by Mar'11 positively. The major delay is due to the commencement certificate not issued due to the 27-28 flr approval not recd to the builder and construction done by them. The lifts can only be installed after receiving the CC certificate.

Hi, I have bought a house in Rustomjee Athena C Wing. Yesterday i was told that because of Adarsh scam all the builders have gone on back foot and the registration will be done in March 2011 and the possession date is July 2011. This is getting very frustrating now. Any new updates from anybody.

So, is there a group online where we can gather all the Athena owners? Looks like a discussion is warranted with the builder now. Working or interacting with them or their sales staff in silos will only lead to confusion and frustration.

Hi Guys, read your comments here .. i have promised March 11, reason being quoted is that the CC document is yet not available for the top florrs of athena .. unless that comes and agreements are all done possesion can't happen ..
Going by what you all have experienced i think it may take longer

Hey Rajesh, thats exactly the story with me. And as per their update yesterday, it now extended to march end. When asked about the reason, i was told that there was a shortage of sand. I am not aware of any other person having bought a house in Athena.

I am fed up with the false commitments given by the Rustomjee.

As per agreement Apr10, than letter given for extension for Sept10, later verbally Nov10 , Dec10 , and now they have told me possession in Feb'11 and i donot believe them again.

Please confirm your flat no so that we could discuss further on the way forward.

If you have few more flat owners please let me know so that we could jointly discuss with them.

I have bought a house in Rustomjee Athena A Wing. I was initially told the possession would be on March 2010. The latest update says March 2011. Its been an agonizing wait and still there are no firm dates for the possession. Anyone having any update?
