It is a one of the good residential society in Manpada near Kevra circle. Dmart is at opposite side. Nice building. Nice construction. Near to all upcoming and developed infrastructure and zones. They have ready modern amenities and facilities. The pricing is also affordable.

Hi Ramesk,
I am very surprised that nobody has taken them to the court. The real estate act applies to all buildings under construction and is pretty clear that unavoidable circumstance clause can not be used arbitrarily. I assume someone has at least sent a basic legal notice by now.

I do not think so. One of the worst Developer in Thane. There are lots of negative reviews about the developers and its project? Almost all of their projects are delayed by 5-7 years. Hundreds of families are still waiting for their flat possession. 7 years delay is too much.

Yes, and i don't think there are any specific reasons. Just lack of intent by the builder. The last slab was cast in September 2014 and in May 2015 flooring was completed. With this buyers had paid up 93% of the flat cost. Then suddenly work stopped on these towers and all resources were put in the third tower where they would build two floors and buyers will pay 4% every 40 days. So, who cares for the people who have paid up 93%? Then they kept on lying and given some excuses. The possession dates kept on moving.
