Booking in caesar's palace

Q: Hi I am planning to book a flat in Nitesh Caesars Palace. Has anybody booked till date? THey are saying that the construction will start only after 6 months and they are yet to get the approvals. Is it okay to book the flat before the approvals? which they say might take 6 months. Is it safe to book it now?
