loan approval

Q: I baught one 3bhk flat in paradise. Still paradise has no bank approval. Any one has idea about why no bank is approving this project.

Hi Sagar,Samiya and others...
I have also called up Mapsko(jaspreet)on sunday (24th Oct)regarding the same issue of approvals....

I have been informed that BB agreement has been printed and has gone to court for stamp and notary purpose so after 2-3 days..mapsko will call mapsko paradise buyers in batch of 5-10 to collect or sign the BB agreement...

But pls be informed that still the project is waiting for bank approvals.. and as per mapsko it will take some more time(20-25days) to get it approved n till the we can wait to pay 3rd installment from bank...
Nay one has any other updates.... pls share

i have paid 3 instalments already as mapsko was giving allotment letters ,if still no bank approval ,its worrying .i called up and spoke to jaspreet singh rgd same .i was assured work start 1st nov.it means they surely got approval.i wud advise u need to talk to mapsko straight and get matters sorted .has anybody been informed same as me ??i am under impression as due to some changes in designs ,it took some delays but they got all approved .plz speak to jaspreet singh and another person is monica ,i heard she incharge of construction side ??does anybody got better news on this as reading that still no approval is just not what we need to hear ...
