Q: Planning to buy a 3 bhk flat in this property. can some body help me out alerting me about any downside in the property?

the condition of these apartments is pathetic. there is seepage problem, quality of construction and plumbing is questionable. poor maintenance thought 1342 is monthly charge. think before you buy this one
