need suggestion for buying the flat from Ajmera

Q: I am planning to buy a 2bhk flats from ajmera.The rate they are asking 1210/sqft upto 2nd floor.Is this rate is appropriate.The place seems to tremote to me.Although it is developing now.

Sales executive Mr. Desuza told me that they are giving the total discount of club house membership as adewali offer.Is this fine or in future they can creat for club house membership.
How is their customerrelationsship
