Forest Life

Q: I am a prospective investor into the project. I am not sure, how long the forest will survive before the greed of the Government takes over. Once that happens, Forest View will become Ex-Forest view. What is the community's take on this?

Correction - Oak's launch price was 4100. I heard its 4700 now.. is that true?

Natraj - I too have bought Oak at the pre-launch offer price of 4100. You seem to have bought it at 4000. We need to validate Sobha's claim that prices are the same across all customers all channels. I don't have your phone number but mine is 9483511065. Let us talk.

I don't know what the current price is.
It used to be : Pine - 3500, Maple -3700, Oak - 4000.

We've picked Oak - because at the size we wanted, we didn't like the floor plans the others had.
We do have the forest view - but going by even our current place (Mantri Elegance), a view of the complex (pool, people /children/parks) is definitely a pleasant thing to have when you're far out there. :)
The forest.. you could hop into any time.. all the time.
Just a perspective.

which block, maple, oak or pine will be good to live. I think some flats of maple will have good forest view and more affordable than oak.

that forest has already gone through the court.. the forest dept. and BDA fought over it. Finally, the forest dept. prevailed, and only allowed a road to go through the forest.
Now, its the property of the forest department. I think once that place has more interested parties (like the residents of Sobha FV, it wouldn't be hard to ensure it remains that way.
