My name is ritu seth . I am the owner of A 303 in Kesar Garden. All dues for my house have been paid on time and no dues are pending. My tenant has logged a complaint in the complaint register and with Mr Srivastava of the intercom not working in A 303. This complaint has been logged for last 1 month but it has not been solved. I have been told by the tenant that the wiring needs to be changed. Pls ensure this repair is done as soon as possible as the complaint has been logged 1 month ago and this is causing a difficulty in day to day working. Thanks
The intercom maintenance is outsourced to third party and is not maintained by society.However we have called the agency to take the necessary actions to rectify the problem.I hope by today the agency representative would be here for maintenance of the telephone exchange.We apologize for the delay.There are some problems which may be ignored at supervisor's end , so you can logde your complaints on this portal under the "Register an issue" at the right side of home page for proper tracking of the issues faced by members and the prolonged existence of the issue.
