SJR unity reliability

Q: After seeing the project I almost decided to book a 3BHK flat. I came across consumer complaint website about SJR builder www.consumercomplaints.in mentioned as fraud builder.(1) Delaying (2) Asking for more money during possession (3) not meeting the amenities etc... Please suggest me what to do. I was planning to book so that I can stay with my family.
