There is no negotiation, they are mentioned that this is JV group, One is KG and other is land lord. Each of them having equal for marketing.

strict in their price. In case of bulk bookings (2-3 flats) with freinds/known people, there is a chance.

There is no chace to negotiate the price since the booking is already 85% completed.( including BlockD,C,B)

I had booked 940 Sq.feet 2 days back at INR 3999.
Total price to own 940 sq.feet with 2 bedroom is 46,00,000 if you select inbetween 1 to 4 th floor.

As on today 1 to 8th floor is not available.In D,C,B blocks.
