hi. this area isn't facing any water problem as far as I know. KG SC has a project in this area,if you're planning to invest in a property that isn't facing any kind of water problem, u can invest there.

Is there any legal issue in KG good fortune? Heard that, this property has minority land accusation problem? Is it true?

hello Yugesh, The builder has been and lived in the industry for a while, they have all the legalities possible. and encumbrance certificate will be one of those that they would possess.

I think they are KG guys on the forum, trying to make a sell. Please invest elsewhere. For the true picture, visit the property and talk to the residents. There are many issues facing the owners of the society.

Hello friends After finishing my site visit I drop my feedback here, I am really happy with the locality as it is located right opp to the highway so easy for a commute to work or any other place travel to traffic-free ride.Not only the locality and the amenities are also really good quality. What more could I want? KG group offers great lifestyle in the modern era...

Hello Kamal,
I am an owner of that project and booked my 2 BHK flat in it, I would strongly recommend looking other options, not KG.
