As far as I know the Bank policies are the same for all the projects they have approved. If they feel it is illegal in any way then the bank will not give approval.

Why banks like Axis, ICICI etc. which have more stringent document checking policy approving this project?
Is there any problem(illegal to some extent) with the project?

Hi Aruna,
Well this is a company formed by 3 individuals.Don't worry about the approval,its been already checked and verified.They will give you complete paperwork when you book the flat.Its approved by sbi,lic and hdfc and its bda approved.I was told they have completed some projects in jayanagar,btm,etc
same builder is having 3 projects on hosur road going on currently.you can ask the marketing guys for exact address of completed projects if you want to be check their construction.these are builders from hyderabad and this land has been taken over from aditya builders which have complex next to this plot.about rates,i would say for that area the price is not really cheap.if u check price near sadarmangala all prelaunch projects go around 1900/2000 sq ft.i had seen this project in sep for first time and at that time they had only ground floor complete.i went 2 weeks back in december and construction was complete till 4th floor so the work is going quite fast.I believ they shoul

hi aruna,i have recently booked an appartment in this same project.This is after doing research of over 2 months before i booked it.To be really frank i too am unable to find much info on the builders.But i got mostly positive feedback from other members in this community.price wise this looks a good buy.

ni venkat,what price are you getting the appt? Even i was thinking of buying one but have dropped the idea due to financial condition.please check water issues in that area as many friends told me to enquire about water problems in basapura area.
