LGCL reviews

Stay away from LGCL if you want peace of mind. The only project they have delivered is LGCL Ashlar and the rest of them are in various stages of 'incompletion'. Take Bamboo Forest for example, the project has taken more than 5 years and continues to be incomplete. While a couple of them have moved in, the common amenities are yet to be completed. Luminaire again same story and add to it it was in a legal mess. The management is incompetent and non responsive once they have your money. If you don't trust this review ask anyone who had booked Bamboo Forest or Luminaire. I know at least a couple of them in Bamboo Forest and Luminnairre who are fighting LGCL in courts.
Bottom line you care about your hard earned money, keep a very very safe distance from this developer. They have launched apartments now and some other projects with some schemes but be assured getting your house delivered will remain a distant dream at best.
