Amrapali Smart City Land dispute

Q: Mr. AMIT DAS (owner) have called up Customer Service of Amrapali, and they are saying that allocation will be shifted to that of Amrapali Dream Valley. But we have been sent emails from Amrapali to have BBA on 22/11/2010. they are silent on shifting of project. Whats the truth?

I Have recd Buidler Buyer agreement. And i was told that consruction wouls soon start and i would be receving next demand letter soon.

i booked a flat of 890 sq. fit in amrapali smart city in jan 1o till today i have not received agreement. yesterday evening i got a sms from amrapali group that amrapali smart city project is shifting to amrapali dream valley project. but i have heard that dream valley is a very costyly project while smart city was a economic project, now will they charge some extra charge and how much and if it is so....... it is fare????

I have booked Amrapali, home in smart city in Jan-10, and I was told that I would be getting agreement and receipts within one month. Today after 12 months I have not received anything,

Every time I call, Their executive, Vishnu, he says sir you will get next month. But this I have been hearing from last 7 months.

I have come to know from dealers that there is dispute in the land and Amrapali doesn’t have clear possession.

So my friends please avoid it.
