Purchase of Flat

Hello Mr. Nagaraja Rao,

A Type B, 3 BHK, 1075 sqft flat is available for transfer of rights. The flat will be ready for delivery on January 31, 2012. The terrace slab (8-floor building) has been completed, and the 5th-floor masonry work is in progress as on February 28, 2011. The flat is in Block G12.

The agreed cost of the flat is Rs. 20,86,750, excluding VAT, Service Tax, Registration and other incidentals. The Sale Agreement Stamp Duty, VAT and Service Tax amounts to Rs. 1,07,396, for a total cost, excluding Registration and other incidentals, of Rs. 21,94,146.

A total amount of Rs. 14,85,049 has been paid to Provident Housing Limited and Puravankara Properties.

The builder will charge a small percentage for the transfer of booking and provisional ownership.

I am expecting 1% over the amount paid by me to Provident Housing, excluding the transfer charges payable to Provident Housing
