Don't book anything in MARG, I booked 2 flats in their Aayush and they have not even started. i would say drop your money in drain than buying anything from MARG

I have booked a flat in Marg and is totally flop project. I have sent my cancellation in Feb -2013 and still now, i have not got my money back.
Following is the message from Marg. So you decide.

Dear Sir,

Warm Greetings from Marg Swarnabhoomi.

Further to the discussions we had on the subject, please accept my apologies for the delay in paying you back. At this point of time as an organization we are facing tough times as we have paid a lump sum amount towards the DTCP approvals of Maha Utsav, Aayush and Bay view projects.

We are working on releasing the funds asap, but because of the above said reason we are stuck and could not release your funds. We have taken all necessary steps to close this asap and the refund will be made to you in the first week of October 2013 and as discussed the payment will be made to you with 8% of interest. Please bear with us till then.
