I would like to suggest you do all your due diligence before investing any of these projects. Ask for all the legal approvals and verify it will a legal expert and then go for it. Apart from that, you can also check the project locality, its connectivity, approach road nearby schools, markets, malls, banks, ATMs, bus stop, railway station, and airport.

I would like to suggest you go to either Casagrand ECR14 or Altis in ECR. Both projects are good and at an affordable rate. Casagrand ECR14 is an under-construction project, offering 2,3,4 bhk apartment and Penthouse and its variants are available from 1256 - 1413 sqft in 2 bhk, 1481 - 1865 sqft in 3 bhk, 5080 - 5201 sqft in 4 bhk and 2598 - 2660 sq.ft in 4 bhk penthouse. Above mentioned sizes are based on built-up area. And its current asking rate is Rs.4299 per sqft.

On the other hand, Altis Oceanique by Altis Properties is a ready-to-move-in project, located at East Coast Road - ECR, Chennai, offering 2 and 3 flats. Its variants are available from 1250 - 1255 sqft in 2BHK and 1600 - 2571 in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.6000 per sqft.
If you can negotiate a little, you can get a good deal in both of the projects.
