Can not we (Paramount Floraville Flat Owners) meet somewhere to share our concerns

Q: The idea to meet owners each other at a common place, is to share (bad & good) concerns amongst ourselves. This will also help us to get our things done as perfect as possible (by the bulider). Our gathering would aware the builder that he has to do good things for us if he wishes to earn brand name & goodwill and for any corrupt/greedy practice, he may be ruined(although we have complete belief in our builder - I believe they are prudent men). Our gathering/ society would also check the quality and completion time of construction. Everyone would be in benefit and remain in peace if we once gather.
