Q: i have been at the site at noticed that the in the puja room there is one shaft which reduces the area of the pooja room which was not mentioned erlier. can it be confirmed that the area (dimension mentioned in the brochure) is the same for real flat ?

Company added this shaft in later state of construction. This issue has been raised with the company long time back. They just justified it (fire shaft) as a necessary change, reducing size the actually mentioned area.

Everyone need to check what what is the actual built up area now, as many changes had been done in the floor plan of the flats.
