CLPD builders credibility

Q: Hi, I plan to buy an apt in Suncity Gloria day after tomorrow, however am shocked to see the blogs. Terribly confused. Could i speak in detail wrt the moderator of the forum

CLPD is a big fraud builder. Suncity gloria is a fraud with no commencement certificate, no cauvery connection deposits. The approved plan has been bypassed to construct more area.

Just look at this , If you don't believe me.

I talked to a resident in Suncity and here's the feedback: the apartment design is good, but that's as far as it goes.

no swimming pool, no clubhouse, no gym, no maintenance. The resident association is controlled by the developer and his family.

I still dont have information about other projects like Genesis, Zephyr and euphoria.

I was also thinking of buying a 2bhk there in 9th floor, A-Block...now I suggest dont go for it...I saw a video of the Director, Suncity...they are so unprofessional and acting like Goons...
