Dear Narayan, the apt was chosen with great care. One balcony faces eas (into the central park) and one faces south (not near the road). Block 4 is the best block. I chose the 2nd floor so one could get some exercise climbing the stairs if necessary. The size is the same as all other 3 BHKs - 1700 sg ft. I had all the cabinets etc designed. The flat comes with a covered car park also carefully chosen as I got first choice from the builder. Regards.

I need to know details about the apartment, its facing, size, etc... to make up the interest level, visit and then can think about the offer.
I am familiar with Ranka Court, but not your specific apartment.
