Urgent Help with Sri Nidhi Review

Q: Hello:

We are considering an apartment in one of the other apartment buildings owned/managed by Sri Nidhi constructions. I know Sri Paradise was constructed by Sri Nidhi and wondering if anyone has insights into the following:

1. Has the builder handed over the apartments to the buyers as per the plan after construction..? Were there any delays during construction..? If so, how were they handled?

2. How is customer service when it comes to Sri Nidhi..?

3. How reliable is Sri Nidhi..?

4. Were all the amenities handed over as per the plan.
