Q: I am looking for a 3bhk apartment. I have been qouted a price of 60 lac(all inclusive) for a 1672sq ft apartment in Ajmera Infinity. I am sure the going rate wud definitly differ from their quotation.Would really appreciate it if somebody wud let me know the rate that i cud bargain for.thanks..
