Loan requirement

Q: I have purchased a flat in Ecovillage-2 (1BHK), and I am staying at Pune. I am facing lots of problems regarding home loan. If I approach to banks in Pune , they are saying that I have my property in Noida so I need to complete my home loan procedure from Noida bank. And agents of Noida branch are saying that I need to go for home loan procedure from Pune as I am working in Pune.
