are they serious about building the project?

Q: the builder is neither giving requisite papers to my financers LICHFL nor constructing the project. Now they have changed the allotment and given me an alternate location in the same location. What is the ccredibility of the company. Please some body who has booked a flat with the builders do come in touch with me. I shall be grateful.

Hi,

I have recently visited the omaxe palm greens office and on seeing the sample flats and everything else, i am in a dilemma of whether to go for it or not as many people like you have posted the problems faced in this project. Could you please advice me how should i go about this? I would be really grateful.

Hi Manish,
I am in same situation.
I had booked in Gold Palm -B in 2009.
They have scrapped the building from the plan to bring in 'ORCHID' there, which is a new project.

They are not getting loans from any bank. They are refusing Refund.
