Facilities and Flat availability

Q: Hi,have visited the site and contacted Jains..They say 2 BHK available only in 4th floor. Since its constructed using Solid and hollow concrete blocks will it be absorbing during summer at 4th floor considering there are only 4 floors..Also how is the water in the area. Are they giving treated water ? Also they say already few flands occupied by buyers and they will handover the remaining in Apr 2011. Can any buyers confirm? thanks..
