Tennis court

Q: Is there a tennis court in the project. Is it done already or planned. I can see it in the plans but the area is marked 'Park and CA sites to be handed over to BDA' - what doe that mean ?

Thanks Anita and Venu for the update on Tennis court..

I was looking to buy an apartment here.

But had doubts about the deviations in the plan and actual amenities there.
The plan has amphitheater, barbecue pit and tennis court marked, but actually couldn't find much there.
Also when i called up sobha marketing office and asked about Tennis court approval etc., they said nothing is pending from the builder. It is up to the apartment association what they want to make in that piece of land.

All these made me little confused.

Appreciate your quick and correct inputs on the above doubts. It would help a lot.

They had promised one but due to some reason this has not happened but Sobha is committed to one and also to get the Muncipal water connection in due course

There is no tennis court at the moment, Sobha is waiting to buy back the CA site from Govt.( when they auction it) and then plan a tennis court there.
