Golden Grand Litigation

Q: Hi - I inquired through an advocate about the Golden Grand construction and he found some pending litigation against the builder and on title. Can any one of you please help with more perspective on this, you may also have done similar kind of exercise in past

Hi all, This project has been approved by all state banks, I have availed loan from nationalized state bank of India. For sure, the project had some issues earlier and the project was stopped. But once the JMF funded we were really interested in the project and bought one. Really happy with work progress and yes the much awaited CLUB HOUSE work has been started.

Hi esteemed buyers,
This was happened to me in August last here.
They are the worst possible builders I have come across in life. I flew all the way from abroad to buy it and I wasted one months time and 5 lakhs. They could not submit the required papers what lawyer asked. Nationalise banks don't approve their project. They fool you by saying we will get you loan from HDFC OR HSBC something like that. Pls bear in mind you get loan based on your income. Private banks don't really see much about the project. Eventually I could get the loan from nationalised banks and lawyer could not pass their papers. The owner has worst possible attitude. His name is Pratap I think. I requested for the speedy work for for supplying the documents and cancelled the whole deal. They still have lot of complaints and litigations. Pls don't buy it here and burn your fingers.

Hi I have a flat there, my lawyers have checked & cleared. we had the same doubt. it a bogus case some old person claiming 600 acres in yeshwantpur . You can buy there if your budgets suit. the prices have gone up.

Hi- well it seems there is no litigation by the railways now. There is still a litigation by an old land owner but that is not a serious issue. This news is 2 months old. Please check again on this.
The sales team not has all the clearance papers (railways). Hope this helps.
